Her First Picture

Here is our little baby girl! This will be the first picture of many!
Within the first 10 seconds of the ultrasound we knew that she would be a she and not a he. Lets just say she was ready to tell her dad "Hey Im a girl and you better start calling me She not He" :) After that she wouldn't stop moving around, it was hard to get a good pic of her because of all the tossing and turning!
Everything on the ultrasound looked great! She had all 10 fingers and Toes, Her heart looked like it had all 4 chambers developed and beating fast (148 beats per min.), Her spine looked fully developed and healthy. From what the doctors can tell she is doing GREAT!
Both Families are super excited (especially the Grandmas). I can't wait to meet her and see who she looks like more!

TAKE THE POLL

Just for fun we having our families and friends guess if the baby will be a boy or a girl...
We find out next week, if the baby isn't too shy :)
So take a guess and I can't wait to let you all know, trust me your guess is as good as mine, I have no clue!

(Yes that was my halloween Costume this year: Bun in The Oven; No that is not a pic of my baby in the middle, it was just for effect)

Fall, Philly, Cornbellys, and Fall

Fall is my favorite season by far! The smells, the leaves, Football and of course Halloween makes this my most favorite time of the year!!! Here are some fun fall things that have been happening to the Mills!

My mom and I took our annual trip to Philadelphia to watch the Eagles play! So much fun!We went to a Scarecrow festival and shopped till we dropped! We were also able to go to a Flyers Hockey game. That was my first professional hockey game, and what a blast it was :) I am so lucky to have such a fun mom who loves football just as much as I do. We always have such a fun time together and I look forward to many more fun memories...

Here's Mom at the Festival with one of the Scarecrows! So cute
Let the Game Begin! Flyers vs. Ducks! Too bad the Flyers lost after an overtime and a shootout

Fight Fight Fight
This was one of the cutest things I have ever seen! At half time 5 and 6 year old boys had a shoot out! Their pads were way too big and their skates were so shaking on their feet, but I sure hope I have a son one day just so I can watch him play hockey when he is that young!!!

Walking into the Stadium!
And thats only one half....That place is huge!
Go Eagles! Thats the Tunnel where the players come out!
Mascots Fighting
McNabb, Westbrook, & Vick
Warming Up
This is Kevin Curtis, He played here in Utah for Bingham and Utah State! Awesome Player I was really sad that he was injured.... First year in 5 that I haven't seen him play! He really is my favorite player in the league!
Here's Vick warming up...

These next Pics are from the Trees outside my office! I love how red they get every year! AMAZING, its like they are on fire

We were able to go to Cornbelly's with our Uncle and Aunt, Joey and Ashley!
Here's what the boys would look like if they were piggies
That's my little baby boy playing Duck Races!
"Go Ducky Go"
I think this is the 4th or 5th HUGE chair pic with Josh  I have :)
About to enter the Creature, Josh was really scared
Ashley as a Vampire and Me as a Ghost
3D glasses are super cool!
Joey had just had Lasix surgery and was using his eyedrops 4 times a day... well we found out that his eye drops loved Black Light! He even ended up scaring one of the clowns that was trying to scare him :) Thanks Joey for the good laugh!
Going on a Hay Ride

What a cute couple! Thanks for the good time guys!

Up North

Josh and I were able to go back to Kennewick Washington. If you didn't know that is where Josh served his Mission. It was so much fun and we were able to see so many amazing people and places! (sorry I went a little Picture Happy)

Josh and Em in front of the Kennewick WA Temple! So beautiful
Christina and her Daughter Olivia, one of the nicest, strongest, and all around amazing women I have ever met! Love her and really admire her!
I saw this on one of our many walks and just loved it...
MT. HOOD
The Dalles Dam - One of the many along the way
Josh with some of his small town friends
Everywhere we drove there was more beauty!  I loved it and couldn't stop taking pics
Yep so we are dorks, we went and took a tour of one of the Dams there! This is one of the 8 generators they use, its really quite amazing!
A Crane that fixes anything in the generators - It can hold up to 430 TON WOW!!!!
How the Generator works!
When I saw this I lost it! Because the dam is so big this is what they use to get around :) Highlight of the tour for sure, I really want one of those!
I was happy to hear the Dam cares about the Fishy's too! They are working hard everyday to make sure the fish can get through the dam! FYI Those were some big fish!
Hike #1 Beacon Rock : You go from below sea level to over 1,000 ft. in 20 minutes! O and did I mention you can see the bottom of the hike the whole way up!!!
But so worth it!
I really didn't want my picture taken, Too bad Josh had the camera!
Josh really wanted his picture taken!!!
Hike #2 : Ape Caves - A cave formed by hot Hot HOT Lava in the early 1900's! It is pitch black dark in there and is about 30 degrees! One of the best hikes ever!
Josh holding the Lantern, in the 100 degree weather outside of the cave!
Mt. St. Helens! This was the area that got the crap burned out of it in the 1980's! You can tell its still trying to re-grow!

Josh just loving the view!
This lake was amazing! We would love to come back and just wakeboard all day long! The water was perfect the whole time we were there!
"Don't fall in Josh"
This is kinda sad :( You can see on all the mountains all the damage that is caused by Logging!
Our Last night we decided to head over to Portland and enjoy some city life! The restaurant we ate at was amazing, Pastini! Yum Yum Yum
That was just one of the Hundreds of apartments in downtown portland, it really is crazy how many people must live in there...
LOL.... Just read what the paper says... LOL (next pic)
Need I say more...
Multnomah Falls! Its Huge!
One of the many tree farms we passed! There are thousands of acres of these, the camera can't do it justice! And those trees are grown for the sole purpose of making paper, so come on people lets really save the trees!!!

I wish we would have taken more pictures of the families we went to go visit but we would get talking too long and forget!
I am so grateful for what a wonderful husband I have. He  was able to make such a difference! He has so many good friends up there who love him and think the world of him! It was a perfect trip filled with fun and happy memories! I couldn't ask for more!

Fun in the Semi Sun

Here are some pics from our boating up at Jordanelle!
The mills family went up to Jordanelle for a fun little boating trip and came back with some good suntans and some fun memories!
Just a little side note, everywhere you went you could find about 50 million earwigs! We hung all our swim suits up to dry the first night and that next morning everyone had at least 10 trying to create a home out of their swim stuff... Everyones except mine, mine had around 25!!! Really kinda gross but made for a really good laugh!

Getting ready to go out! (Andrew, Jordan, and Me)
Mak and Chelsie on the Tube of death! Not a good tube on the butt...
Jordan getting his Wakeboard on...
My Sister Mak

Ate it!!

I went on a little trail run the other day and my worst nightmare came true.... about a mile into the run I ate it so hard! My knees were pretty bloody by the time I got down from the run, and brusing was already starting :) Yep Im a dork! The pictures make is look better than it is because I took them a few days after the big fall; but don't worry I am back to running and can't wait to try another trail run soon!!

The Catch Up+4th of July

So It has really been a long time since I last did a post.... Opps Well here is The Catch Up

On a sad note Josh and I had the misfortune of losing 1/3 of our Maple Tree. It is a fully mature tree that is in our front yard! We really love that tree and hope it will be able to survive its injury! Josh was really sad about the whole mishap as you can see in the picture below! A good thing that has happened in our Yard is the Lily's finally that bloomed :)

Moving on to a happier topic: Disc Golf! Josh and I are fans of the sport, and are so excited the weird rainy June weather is behind us we are able to go and play :) I still stink at it this year, and Josh is still way too good but we sure have fun!

~THE 4th OF JULY WEEKEND~
Josh and I really had a great 4th of July Weekend! We are so blessed to live where we live and have the support of our family and friends, we are grateful for all we have!
Our weekend started out with a Friday morning breakfast at Village Inn, they really do have the best pancakes ever!!! We went with my mom and aunt and had a really great time.
After that poor Josh had to go to work and I was able to spend the whole day with my mom. We went and got Pedicures and Manicures and did way too much shopping! It was a blast!
The next day Josh and I started our 4th of July celebration with the Murray Parade. The parade is the best part of the day in my opinion, but Josh would rather be at the dentist... either way he was a great sport and I think he actually enjoyed it ;)
Next we drove up to the spruces with Rodney and Kelcie for the Mills activities. We saw lots of family and had a great time going on a little walk in the mountains

After our mountain adventure we headed back down to the valley to get ready for The Stadium of Fire! If you didn't hear the Jonas Brothers were there, and Lots of screaming girls!!! It was a great experience to be there , but lets just say that once is good enough for me with the Jo Bros! But seeing She Daisy and the fireworks couldn't have been better!

Let the Goofy Picture Taking begin!!!
Here are the boys ready for it to begin!
